Construction Foresight with AI

We build AI ecosystems for Engineering & Construction companies.

An AI build team all wired to your company’s bottom line. We bring construction domain expertise. We build AI into your construction business with a shared goal. No licenses, no retainers. We train your team so ultimately you can take control in your own hands.

Ready to wire AI into your bottom line?

Who we serve

Built for both ends of the market.

01For Enterprises & Tier 1 Contractors

AI that does the heavy lifting.

Crunch large data sets, draft reports, and save hours per day. Embed your existing standalone products into an overarching intelligence layer that runs in the background — with set parameters and triggers that raise red flags before they become problems.

02For Trades & Subcontractors

A real-time pulse on the business.

Key insights in one place — labour movements, resource movements, and the levers that actually move the P&L. The view you've never been able to get from spreadsheets.

The contextual intelligence gap

Dashboards show what. AI shows why.

Most businesses already collect the data. Monthly reports. Polished dashboards. Project review decks. Everyone’s looking at the same numbers — and seeing four different problems.

Project Manager

We're ahead of program and within budget. That's great.

Ops Manager / GM

Why are resources fluctuating 30–40% week-on-week? Do we hire, or subcontract? Which one is cheaper and less risky?

Finance Manager

We're cashflow-negative for months two and three. Can we restructure the claims to fix it? And do these figures include retention tied up for 24 months?

Director

Then why are we still not making money?

The pattern

Dashboards can only tell you what already happened. With AI, you get control of the why and the how — before the next decision is made.

That is what we mean by contextual intelligence.

One layer

We unify your stack.

Estimating, scheduling, payroll, procurement, QA, accounting — all the systems your teams already use, connected into one real-time intelligence layer.

FOURSITE AI

Connects with the tools you already run

The intelligence layer

Ask in plain English. Get the why, with the data.

One question runs across every connected system and active project — and comes back as a structured answer: the numbers, the trend, the red flags, and what to do next.

What we offer

Consult. Build. Embed.

Architectural blueprints and engineering drawings
01

AI Consulting

Review systems, SOPs, and tools — then pinpoint where AI cuts time and effort across the company. AI is not a choice, it's a mandate.

02

AI Agent Development

Purpose-built agents that automate C-suite tasks. Example: an invoice-approval agent queries the supply chain, accountants, and engineers, checks against budget, and hands you a clean summary before sign-off.

03

Contextual Intelligence Layer

A fully integrated AI layer that taps into your existing systems and gives complete portfolio insight through natural-language querying. A paradigm shift from analysing data to using AI to its full potential.

Profit pools

Profit pools you can tap into.

Real-time EVM metrics

Earned value, cost performance, and schedule performance updated live — not stitched together in a spreadsheet at month end. See variance the day it happens, not three weeks later.

Insights for margin creep

Surface the slow leaks: cost-code drift, productivity dips, scope additions that never made it into the budget. Catch the 50 little things before they become one big write-down.

Automate reporting & data analysis

Productivity collection, weekly reports, board packs — generated from live data instead of assembled by hand. Reclaim the days your PMs lose to reformatting spreadsheets.

Cut estimation time by 30–40%

Reuse historical cost data, takeoff patterns, and rate libraries with AI assistance. Bid more jobs in the same window — or spend the time you save sharpening the ones that matter.

Risk & opportunity prediction

Pattern recognition across past projects flags the trade, the supplier, or the variation type most likely to blow the budget — before the contract is signed.

Automate QA, save rework costs

Defect detection from site photos, automated NCR routing, and trade-by-trade rework tracking. Find the repeat offenders early; cut rework before it compounds.

Retain experience forever

Your best PMs eventually leave. Their judgment shouldn't. Capture how decisions were made — and why — so the institutional knowledge stays even when people don't.

Founder

Built by someone who lived the problem.

Not a theory. Not a whitepaper. A decade on the tools — and one mega project that changed everything.

Sagar Tilwani spent a decade delivering some of Australia’s most technically complex infrastructure projects — from strengthening the Sydney Harbour Bridge for Transport for NSW, to managing bridge remediation programs across Victoria and Tasmania for Tier 1 contractors.

He is an EA-certified engineer, a PMP-certified project management professional, and holds a Masters in Construction Engineering & Management. He has led cross-functional teams across safety, programme, quality, and commercial outcomes simultaneously — on projects where margin was tight and the cost of a bad decision was measured in millions.

He is not a software founder who read a McKinsey report about construction.

He is a builder who got tired of watching the industry bleed money it didn’t have to lose.
